1. Information We Collect

Information you provide. Name, email address, and any details you submit when joining our waitlist, requesting a demo, creating an account, applying to programs, or contacting us. If you use the platform, this may also include profile information, content you upload (photos, videos, posts), social media handles, and payment or payout details processed by our payment providers. If you shop with us, this includes your first name, the activities you pick, the creators and clubs you follow, the products you favorite, and the Packs you build.

Information collected automatically. Device and browser type, IP address, pages viewed, referring links, and usage data collected through cookies and similar technologies. When you click a product link in the Cahndu Shop, we record that click, and the retailer or affiliate network you land on receives a non-identifying tracking code so the creator or club who recommended the product can be credited. We do not receive your payment details from those sellers.

Information from third parties. If you connect a social media account, we receive information that platform makes available, such as your public profile and content metrics.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to provide and improve the Services; manage the waitlist and communicate with you about launch, features, and updates; connect creators, clubs, ambassadors, brands, and event organizers; personalize the Cahndu Shop based on the activities you pick and the creators, clubs, and products you follow or favorite; track referrals, clicks, and campaign performance; process rewards and payouts; keep the Services secure and prevent fraud; and comply with legal obligations.

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information with service providers who help us operate the Services (hosting, email, analytics, payments); with brands, event organizers, or clubs when you choose to apply to or participate in their campaigns or programs; with retailers and affiliate networks as a non-identifying tracking code when you click a product link; in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets; and when required by law or to protect our rights and users. Creators and clubs do not see who follows or favorites them; they see counts only. A Pack you choose to share is visible to anyone with its link, along with your first name.

4. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand how the Services are used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect some features.

5. Data Retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services and for legitimate business purposes such as legal compliance, dispute resolution, and enforcing agreements. You may ask us to delete your information at any time.

6. Your Choices

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any message, unfollow or remove favorites at any time, update or delete account information, and request a copy or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws, including the Utah Consumer Privacy Act.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children

Accounts require you to be at least 18. The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the effective date above. Material changes will be communicated by email or a notice on the Services.
